Head Coach – Business Model & Go-to-Market (m/w/d)

 Part-Time — Berlin & Brandenburg / Remote-Hybrid

 

We are looking for a Business Model & Go-to-Market Head Coach who supports founders in developing viable business models, early GTM strategies, and compelling positioning — culminating in clarity and confidence for Demo Day.

 

Your Role:

You help founders transform early ideas into fundable, market-ready concepts by:

  • Clarifying value propositions and customer segments
  • Shaping early pricing and revenue logic
  • Defining first GTM steps, messaging, and traction pathways
  • Using AI tools for market scans, competitor analysis, and pitch drafting

 

Your Responsibilities:

Workshop & Learning Design:

  • Facilitate sessions on business modeling, pricing, value proposition design, GTM, and sales
  • Create accessible and practical frameworks suitable for international early-stage teams
  • Integrate AI to support research, messaging, and prototype pitches

 

Founder Coaching & Mentoring:

  • Conduct 1:1 sessions on business model shaping, revenue logic, and messaging
  • Support founders in preparing compelling pitches for Demo Day
  • Build founder confidence in communicating value and impact

 

Program Development:

  • Contribute to business-model templates and GTM toolkits
  • Integrate AI workflows into analysis and storytelling
  • Strengthen the program’s entrepreneurial rigor

 

Your Profile:

General Requirements:

  • Experience coaching early-stage founders
  • Empathy, strong facilitation, and intercultural awareness
  • Comfortable working with migrant, international & first-time entrepreneurs
  • Solid AI skills for research, synthesis & reflection
  • English fluency (German is a plus)
  • Availability for two 4-day retreats in Brandenburg + hybrid delivery

 

Role-Specific Expertise — Business Model & GTM:

  • Experience with early-stage business design, pricing, and revenue modeling
  • Familiarity with GTM basics: positioning, channels, messaging, and first sales
  • Ability to use AI for pitch drafts, competitor insights, and market exploration
  • Experience with social enterprises or impact business models is a strong plus
